Minor Case or “MC” was a distiller at Early Times in 1871. This is a case of another distillery risen from the ashes of Prohibition by the descendants of the whiskey namesakes. It’s taken this long to undo the damage caused by that terrible law.

Iowa-based Templeton makes a smooth rye that doesn’t need to be higher than 80 proof. It’s got enough going on.
